Project brief

For this unique project, the client approached Morrison Building Maintenance to help with the design and build components of a new alfresco/entertaining area. We were able to assist our client to obtain an Owner-Builder Permit to carry out the works. The permit enabled us to work closely with the client to deliver an entertaining area that will be enjoyed for many years to come.

  • Concrete slab installation for swim spa
  • Installation of swim spa
  • Construction of decking including stumps, bearers, joists
  • Merbau decking screwed down and stained
  • Construction of pergola following detailed plans including a pitched roof
  • Installation of laser light and Colorbond roofing
  • Construct privacy screen with blueboard, later finished in stacker stone by client
  • Installation of frameless glass pool fence to meet Australian standards
  • Final inspection and sign off
