St Kilda, Bathroom Renovation and Building Works
Morrison Building Maintenance was asked to undertake a bathroom renovation and structural works to a 1930s apartment on Queens Road, St Kilda. Removal of the existing brick wall from the kitchen to lounge area to create open floor plan was required, along with the demolition of the outdated bathroom. Having worked in the apartment complex before, we were aware of the difficulties of the building’s ageing, solid brick walls. Precautions needed to be taken to complete the building works and transform the apartment into the perfect space for the client to enjoy. We worked closely with Christine, our client, to ensure the result met her clear requirements in the design and finishes and best of all Christine was able to stay in the apartment during the renovations.
